I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the rooms were quite nice with beautiful views, the overall amenities and dining options felt lacking for a place charging premium prices. I had a wonderful time at Oaks Santai, enjoying the spacious and clean room. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, helping with our requests. However, the shower design could use some improvement, as water tends to splash outside. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a beautiful beach, but Wi-Fi access could be better considering the additional charges. Overall, a very lovely stay with great dining options nearby.
